Short Take
In this 9-chapter retrospective/documentary, Paul Howard (son of Moe Howard) takes a detailed look at the personal lives and showbiz history of the [six] Three Stooges and mentor Ted Healy. Giving this film a unique perspective, Paul takes this filmed journey while lovingly and objectively examining the relationship with his father.
In addition to photographs and home movies from the various branches of the Howard family, fans and celebrities share their insights. Working with Sony Entertainment, producers/writers Paul Howard and Frank Basile illustrate the 9 chapters with a wealth of film clips from the Stooges’ Columbia short subjects and features.

TRIVIA
Scenes of Paul Howard sitting in a movie theater and discussing his father’s life were filmed on location at the Stoogeum in Ambler, Pennsylvania. The hands of the unseen projectionist are those of Stoogeum curator Gary Lassin.
